How do you know that you have what it takes to be a musician? It is very simple. If you always receive compliments that you have a great voice then certainly you can start experimenting with music. This holds true especially when you have heard it over many years. Consequently, if you get to hear that you have an amazing voice even from strangers then you can start looking into your music talent seriously. This is a good time to find out if you can blurt out emo, indie, acoustic or folk songs. Your close friends and family can help you identify whether you are set to be a musician or not. The best apart is that you can trust their judgment. Listen to your parents as they are the best when it comes to identifying talent. If they are always pushing you towards music then you had better listen and give it a try. If your siblings and friends support their cause as well, you might just want to get down to business and get on with the basics of becoming a musician. However if you think you can sing and everyone is pushing you towards playing basketball. Then you can rest easy that listening to emo, indie, acoustic, folk or blues is still considered having passion in music. Check it out here: Bands
